Real Chicago Wedding: Nora & Daniel, Chicago History Museum

AS FEATURED IN ELIZABETH ANNE DESIGNS

College sweethearts Nora and Daniel tied the knot with their closest friends and family at the Chicago History Museum and we were honored to be a part of the day!

The Chicago History Museum is one of our favorite venues in the city and when the weather permits, like it did for Nora and Daniel, there is no better backdrop than Lincoln Park to say ‘I do’. We define ‘CHM’ as a perfectly contemporary venue. The Chicago Room is the right mix of both traditional and contemporary furnishings, and if you are Chicago enthusiasts, you can even have some of the exhibits open during your cocktail hour.

We loved the advice that Nora and Daniel had when it came to planning their wedding: "Create a shared email address to simplify email communications (there are a lot of emails!). We both felt like we were in the loop on everything and like it was a shared responsibility."

Now with the Covid-19 Pandemic it is more important than ever to make sure that both partners are staying up to date on wedding details and a shared email address is a great way to achieve this.

We are excited to get back to planning and are looking forward to planning more weddings at The Chicago History Museum, hopefully, in 2021. For now enjoy a few of these beautiful photos from Ashley Bosnick and see the full gallery linked above.
