Lili and Russell's wedding at the iconic Chicago History Museum was classic and summery! Their color palette of green, white, and gold was the perfect complement to one of our favorite Chicago venues. Meredith Donnelly Photography expertly captured all of the details as well as the feelings of happiness and joy on this beautiful day.

Like so many of our 2021 couples, Lili and Russell waited a long time for their big day. With multiple reschedules due to COVID and the birth of their daughter in 2020, they were so ready to finally gather with their closest family members and friends to celebrate their love for each other. When we started working together in 2019 we couldn't have imagined the journey we would go on with this lovely couple. The Clover team expertly guided Lili and Russell through several date reschedules to ultimately get them married on this sunny and warm July day!

From Lili: "It's been a few weeks since our wedding, but Russell and I cannot stop talking about how perfect and special it was. People often say that their wedding day is the best day of their life, but I didn't see how that could be true and I think I was subconsciously worried that after all the postponements and waiting, it would not quite feel like it had all been worth it. But wow, was I wrong! It was truly the best day of my life and I smile every time I think about it. Thank you for everything you did to make the day so special and flow so smoothly and for all the work you did to help us navigate postponements and COVID guidance to be able to create the day we wanted. You will always be a part of our wedding day (and years of wedding planning) memories!"
