Bright & Summery Chicago Wedding at River Roast

In the Midwest, we live for summery June weddings and this one does not disappoint! Brittany and Pat were married on a warm, summery day at River Roast, one of our favorite wedding venues. Can we talk about this gorgeous couple and their wedding party?! They took advantage of the perfect weather and our beautiful city as a backdrop and took photos all up and down the Chicago River.

We partnered with our friends at Thistle & Plume to create the design plan for Brittany and Pat's wedding. Due to their smaller guest count, the couple wanted to make sure the space felt intimate and cozy, so we used pipe and drape to creatively section off the larger dinner space for the ceremony. This provided a soft and romantic vibe for their heartfelt ceremony. When guests came back in for dinner, the space had been transformed! Of course, we had to take advantage of the stunning outdoor space at River Roast, which is where guests were able to eat and drink while watching the sun set.
